Greetings! Meet “Real Estate Kate,” your neighbor and local Realtor. Kate is a full-time real estate agent and has worked with The Prigal Brothers and Associates team at RE/MAX Realty Group since 2004. Her team consists of 4 full-time, hardcore, professional agents that has, for the past 12+ years, been the #1 selling team in the company!

Kate focuses especially on the Waters Landing community, which is where she has lived (with her 4 “dog children,” the loves of her life) for the past 19 years. She has sold numerous homes here –condos, townhouses as well as single-family. Thus, she has intimate knowledge of all the area’s attributes and qualities. Since she owns a home in the community, she has a personal stake in each and every property she helps purchase or sell. So it’s important that her clients always sell for the highest possible price and at the most favorable terms. After all, it directly impacts her and her neighbors’ property values.

Kate is extremely passionate about giving back to the community that has given so much to her. She’s an active volunteer with K9 Lifesavers, a local dog-rescue organization for which she organizes and runs a dog adoption event once every month at PetSmart in Germantown. She LOVES dogs and can often be seen walking around the lakes in Waters Landing with her pack of 5. In addition, she is a head coach of the girls’ soccer and softball teams at Clarksburg High School.
