Hi,
I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people. I just wanted to pass this along. …Or If it’s not too much trouble, pledge on something (they are offering great things!) and if you can also please pass this along to your friends.
If I can help you out with anything or the production can help you with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Here is the link for the film:

Thanks

To Bob Hydorn: Tell that to my HOA who waits till dead trees fall on vehicles w/the slightest wind let alone heavy rains. One that fell on vehicle was so-called pruned...where they cut all the bottom & middle branches off on 'one side' of tree & left branches only on about 1/3 of tree top. Needless to say, tree was eco-unbalanced, aesthetically 'displeasing' & had no alternative but to fall to one side & directly into our parking lot. These folks never cease to 'amaze' me! All the trees in our community have been 'butchered' this way. We certainly don't fall under the Village's title or commendation for being a 'Tree City' or eco-friendly environment. Again, this one community holds title as 'exception to (all) the rule(s)'. Hummm!

Mr. Hydorn, Thank you for standing up to some of the people in my area of Montgomery Village that don't want anything but dirty geese every where. I grew up just out side New York City and we had play grounds we could walk to. All children should have that.

Message to Bob Hydorn: calling out Edna Miller on the Farmer's Market parking issue was unfair.
1. Edna is an officer of her HOA and she was fulfilling her responsibility. Perhaps the MVF should have anticipated the problem and nipped it in the bud.
2. This was a cheap shot since Edna is not an Internet user and may never see the comment. The MVF knows this since it made accommodations when Edna ran for a position on the MVF Board earlier this year.

Message to Bob Hydorn: the Gazette did publish your rebuttal on the golf course over reach on June 8.

Bob- Agree that cuts are need at the top of MCPS...17 times as many teachers/direct staff are being cut compared to central office. Lots of fluff offices and "teams" could be cut up there. Don't know that we're getting someone who knows how to "work with" others.
