UPDATED: Missing Germantown Woman Located

Ashley Breana Funk, 22, had been missing for several weeks, according to Montgomery County police.

(Updated Tuesday, Feb. 19) A 22-year-old Germantown woman reported missing earlier this week has been located, Montgomery County Police said Tuesday. Police said Ashley Breana Funk, of the 13800 block of Bronco Place, was found safe. (Original) Montgomery County police are asking for help in locating a missing Germantown woman. Ashley Breana Funk, 22, of the 13800 block of Bronco Place in Germantown, was last seen by her family several weeks ago, according to a police statement. UPDATE: Missing Teen Girls Located

A 12-year-old Montgomery Village girl and 14-year-old Gaithersburg girl had been missing since Jan. 23, police said.

(Update -- 9:10 a.m., Jan. 31) Montgomery County police said Karina Cornejo-Galdmaez, 12, and Rosa Rivas-Ascencio, 14, were located safe and unharmed Thursday morning in Wheaton. The girls had been missing since Jan. 23. (Original Post -- 3:24 p.m., Jan. 30) Montgomery County police are asking the public for help in locating two girls from the Gaithersburg area. Resident found Michael Steven Poe unconscious in an apartment building, WTOP reports.

Update -- 10:45 a.m., Jan. 3, 2013 Police have confirmed the body of a man found in the ventilation shaft of an apartment building in Northwest Washington, DC, is that of a missing 23-year-old Clarksburg man, WTOP reported. Michael Steven Poe was found after a resident in The Haddington apartment building at 1840 Biltmore St. NW called 911 Wednesday night and reported an unconscious person, according to the report. What's your point? Maybe he had a friend in or close to DC and decided to go to him/her instead of the friend visiting him in Clarksburg, which last time I checked doesn't really have much of a "nightlife", even though I know there are places closer to Clarksburg he could've gone. He fell down a ventilation shaft at an apartment complex. So, that really doesn't have much to do with the bars there…   more ›

UPDATE: Missing Gaithersburg Man Located After More Than a Week

UPDATE: Manuel Mejia-Rivera, the 31-year-old Gaithersburg man who has been missing for more than a week, was located today, according to police. He was found unharmed in Prince George's County and reunited with his family.   Original post: Montgomery County Police are asking for help in finding a critical missing adult from Gaithersburg. Manuel Mejia-Rivera, 31, has not contacted his family since he was seen at around noon on Saturday leaving his home in the 100 block of Michael Court in Gaithersburg, near Olde Towne. Police Search For Missing Gaithersburg Woman

She has a medical condition that requires medication and monitoring.

Montgomery County Police are looking for a Gaithersburg woman who has been missing since Feb. 1. Carolyn June German, 51 years old, of the 900 block of Hidden Marsh Street in Gaithersburg, was last seen at a doctor's appointment in Olney, police said. German suffers from a medical condition that requires medication and monitoring. Her family says she uses taxis as her main mode of transportation. Police describe German as as a white female, approximately 5’ 10, weighing about 130 pounds.  She has brown hair and brown eyes, and they don't know what kind of clothing she was wearing when she went missing. UPDATE: The Gaithersburg woman who had been missing since Jan. 7 has been located safe and unharmed, police report. Alyona Joy Mayo was found in Gaithersburg and returned to her family. Police Search for Missing 15-Year-Old Girl

She has been missing since Dec. 26.

Police are asking the public for help in finding a Gaithersburg 15-year-old who has been missing since Monday. Jennifer Borrego, of the 100 block of Duvall Lane, was last seen at her home on Dec. 26. Her family says she doesn't normally go missing. Police describe her as a Hispanic female, 5'1 and 130lbs. She has long, curly black hair and was wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black Converse sneakers when her family saw her last. She also has a nose ring, police said in a press release. Borrego is known to frequent the Lakeforest Mall and the Londonderry Apartments. Police Searching for Missing Gaithersburg Man

He hasn't contacted his family since Nov. 24.

Police are searching for a Gaithersubrg man who has been missing since Nov. 24. Clifton Leroy Prather, of the 400 block of Girard Street in Gaithersburg, is 48 years old and doesn't normally go so long without contacting his family, police said. He is described as a black male, 5’11” tall and weighing 190 pounds. Anyone with information regarding Prather’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Montgomery County Police at 301-279-8000.
