Report: Montgomery Village Teen To Serve 18 Months For Pizza Delivery Robberies

A Montgomery Village teen and former Watkins Mill High School football player will serve 18 months in jail for a series of robberies committed on pizza delivery drivers last summer, The Gazette reported. Marcus Addison, 18, was sentenced to 50 years, with all but the 18 months suspended, according to the report. Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Richard Jordan told Addison the suspended 48 years would "ruin your life if you find yourself in this situation again,” according to the report. Addison, of the 19000 block of Mills Choice Road, robbed six delivery drivers for a total of $540 from Gaithersburg-area Domino's Pizza and Papa John's Pizza restuarants at gunpoint. Police later determined the gun used by Addison was a pellet gun. …

Police Seek Public's Help Identifying Gaithersburg CVS Robbery Suspect

The CVS located at 546 N. Frederick Avenue was robbed on Nov. 27.

Montgomery County police released a photo Thursday afternoon of the suspect in a CVS armed robbery, with hopes that the public can help identify him. The CVS located at 546 N. Frederick Avenue was robbed on Nov. 27, at approximately 8:08 p.m., police said. Investigation revealed that the suspect entered the CVS store and approached the pharmacy counter, police said. The suspect handed a note to the pharmacist demanding Oxycodone pills. When the pharmacist hesitated in getting the pills, the suspect fled from the store without obtaining any property. Gaithersburg Couple Charged in Chipotle Burglaries

Lamont Alexander Bonds and Marvel Alegria were charged in connection with robberies at Chipotle restaurants in Gaithersburg and Damascus.

Montgomery County police announced Friday the arrest of a Gaithersburg couple in connection to an Oct. 21, robbery of a Gaithersburg Chipotle Restaurant and a Nov. 25 robbery of the same restaurant chain in Damascus. During the investigation of the Oct. 21 robbery, a former employee of a Mount Airy Chipotle, identified as Marvel Alegria, was developed as a possible suspect, police said. Alegria, 22, had been terminated from her job and subsequently made threats to retaliate. Alegria had also spoken to others about committing a robbery, police said. Lamont Alexander Bonds, Alegria’s boyfriend, was suspected of entering the restaurant and committing the robbery. Police Search for Leisure World Armed Robbery Suspect

Surveillance videos show suspect using a stolen credit card at CVS on Veirs Mill Road.

Montgomery County police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred in the Leisure World shopping center the night before Thanksgiving. Police have released surveillance footage showing the suspect using the victim’s credit card at a CVS store at 12209 Veirs Mill Road, in Wheaton. The suspect is seen in the videos with his face still masked as he enters the store and makes his transaction at the cash register. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20 years old, 5-10″, and weighing approximately 200 pounds.  He was wearing a black Northface windbreaker with a hood, dark blue jeans, and a skull cap. WATCH: Police Release Surveillance Video of Gaithersburg Chipotle Robbery

The Chipotle restaurant located at 564 North Frederick Avenue (in the Gaithersburg Square Shopping Center) was robbed on Oct. 21.

Seeking help from the public, Montgomery County Police Friday released video surveillance of the Oct. 21 armed robbery of the Chipotle restaurant at 564 North Frederick Avenue in Gaithersburg. Detectives said the suspect entered the rear door of the business at night as an employee was using the door to dispose of trash. The suspect displayed a handgun and forced employees into an office where the suspect then ordered the manager to open the restaurant safe and removed an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
