El Paisano is a family-owned and operated local eatery. Owner Zoila Orellana is also the executive chef who cooks up Mexican and Salvadoran favorites. The extensive menu includes a wide selection of steak, chicken and seafood entrées. Customers can choose from enchiladas, tacos and fajitas or select from the list of house specialties that includes paella, lomo saltado (beef or chicken sautéed in wine and served over fried potatoes) and costillas al carbon (grilled ribs). On Thursday evenings, Happy Hour specials are offered while Friday and Saturday nights are karaoke nights.
