But lets be honest, pictures can also cost us thousands of dollars. When you pay into a HOA, you expect them to do what they promised you. Its a contract, they provide as long as you pay. But what can you do, when they don't provide anymore? Go to court is one way. Another and cheaper way is to file with the Commission on Common Ownership Communities.
