History: According to the organization's website, "Women Who Care Ministries first started as a women's fellowship group when Judith Clark (founder) was divinely led to open her home for the gathering. Over 35 women attended this first meeting ... Around Year Two, Women Who Care Ministries began outreaching to the community-at-large, particularly working with families who were hungry and homeless. We also began working with persons who were victims of domestic abuse."
