The Greater Goshen Civic Association will host a public town hall meeting Monday with Montgomery County Councilman Craig Rice, who represents the Montgomery Village district.
The forum is scheduled from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Gaithersburg Church of the Nazarene, 8921 Warfield Rd.
The civic group plans to discuss proposals to widen Brink, Wightman and Goshen roads, the county's budget, the Agricultural Reserve and water quality protection.
