Jack Doser -- owner of the Montgomery Village Golf Course -- and Artery Development Group -- which wants to build housing there -- will explain the golf course's future to the Montgomery Village Foundation's board of directors and the presidents of the Village's HOAs and condo associations. Residents will be able to ask questions following the presentation.
