Alex Nando Roman, 18, of Prince George's County, was found shot to death in the 4900 block of Brookeville Road on the morning of Jan. 12, 2010. The night before, Roman, Wilson and Jackson met “in the Montgomery Village area,” police said, and drove to Brookeville Road to smoke marijuana. Police say that Wilson thought Roman had been stealing from him.

"While there, both Wilson and Jackson shot Roman and then fled," according to police.

Roman’s body was found in a driveway later that morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His family had reported him missing two months prior.

Detectives developed Jackson and Wilson as suspects in recent weeks based on information from "various sources."
