Six Burglaries, Assault in Nathans Hill, Indecent Exposure in Flower Hill

Crime summary covers Sept. 5 to Sept. 13.

The following is from the most recent crime summary for the Montgomery County Police Department's Sixth District, which covers Montgomery Village and Gaithersburg. Arrests do not imply guilt.

An aggravated assault occurred near the Lakeforest Transit Center at 9650 Lost Knife Road in Gaithersburg, at around 7:15 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9. A 32-year-old male, no fixed address, was arrested after allegedly assaulting a victim with a weapon.

A residential burglary occurred in the 19600 block of Ridge Heights Drive, off Snouffer School Road between 7:20 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7. Forced entry; property taken.

A vehicle theft occurred between 2:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8 from the 100 block of Odend Hal Avenue in Gaithersburg.

A robbery occurred in the 18600 block of Nathans Place in South Village just after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13. A victim was assaulted and had property taken. The suspect is described as an unknown race male, 13 to 15 years old, 5’ to 5’6” tall and weighing 100 to 150 pounds.

A residential burglary occurred in the 19100 block of Stedwick Drive in Stedwick between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 6. Unknown entry; property taken.

An attempted residential burglary occurred overnight between Friday, Sept. 9 and Saturday, Sept. 10 in the 8000 block of Lions Crest Way in East Village. Items were taken from a vehicle and an attempt to gain entry into the home was unsuccessful.

A residential burglary occurred in the 20400 block of Epworth Court in East Village overnight between Friday, Sept. 9 and Saturday, Sept. 10. Attempted forced entry, nothing taken.

A residential burglary occurred between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8 in the 7100 block of Stratos Lane, off Woodfield Road outside Gaithersburg. Forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary occurred between 1 a.m. and noon on Saturday, Sept. 10 in the 19500 block of Kildonan Drive, off Woodfield Road outside Gaithersburg. Forced entry; nothing taken.

A commercial burglary occurred at Prolist, at 8341 Beechcraft Avenue—next to the Montgomery County Airpark—between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10. Forced entry; property taken.

A theft from vehicle occurred in the 7500 block of Elioak Terrace—in the Hadley Farms community east of Montgomery Village—between 10 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11 and 5:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 12 Vehicle parts were taken.

Two indecent exposures occurred in Flower Hill on Sunday, Sept. 11: the first at 5:45 am in the 7900 block of Badenloch Way and then 9:25 pm in the 7900 block of Pearlbush Drive. The first suspect is described as a black male between 20 and 30 years old. The second suspect is described as a male between 20 and 30 years old, 5’9” to 5’11” tall, weighing 145 to 160 pounds, wearing a black tee shirt and black jeans.
