Sex Assault, Strong-Arm Robbery, Electronics Taken from Cars

The following is from the most recent crime summary for the Montgomery County Police Department's Sixth District, which covers Montgomery Village and Gaithersburg.

• A sexual assault took place in the 8200 block of Fountain Valley Drive in East Village at around 3 a.m. on Monday, April 18. The suspect is known to the victim.
  

• Three vehicles had property stolen in the 18600 block of Kingfisher Terrace—in the Quail Valley community outside Gaithersburg—between Wednesday, April 20 and Thursday, April 21. Two of the three vehicles were unlocked. The stolen items included a GPS unit and Bluetooth equipment.  

• A strong-arm robbery occurred near the intersection of Centerway and Clubhouse roads at around 2:45 a.m. on Friday, April 22. An adult male was approached by someone who assaulted him and took his property.
