'Night Out' at a Neighborhood Near You
Eleven celebrations Tuesday night in Gaithersburg and Montgomery Village.

National Night Out returns on Tuesday for its 28th year of bringing neighbors closer together in their fight against crime. Communities across the country put their own twist on National Night Out, hosting everything from block parties to front-porch vigils to parades to "flashlight walks."
