Peeping tom charges were filed against Josh Andrew Greenberg, a building service worker at Herbert Hoover Middle School.

A service worker at Herbert Hoover Middle School was arrested Thursday on peeping tom charges, spurred after two female students complained to school staff, Montgomery County police said.

Josh Andrew Greenberg, 28, of the 9500 block of Snyder Mill Court in Montgomery Village, has been placed on administrative leave, officials from Montgomery County Public Schools tell police.

The alleged incidents happened Thursday and Oct. 1. Police claimed that Greenberg watched girls change their clothes from the inside of a staff office, where there was a window to the girls’ locker room.

Greenberg was charged with two counts of visual surveillance with prurient intent. Court records accessed online show he was released custody after posting $15,000 bond.

A court hearing was scheduled for December.

Question to which I don't know the answer - does "administrative leave" mean being paid while an investigation is being performed?

I believe it could be either paid or unpaid.
