Isn't this parking lot adjacent to the mayor's store and across from Gaithersburg Elementary?

Anyone (nowadays) who goes out late at night in either Gaithersburg OR Montgomery Village is putting themselves in Harm's Way! And excuse that it is "a sign of the times" doesn't make it!
