UPDATE: Missing Gaithersburg Man Located After More Than a Week

Manuel Mejia-Rivera, who suffers from depression, left his Olde Towne home driving a black Honda Civic CRX, police say.

UPDATE: Manuel Mejia-Rivera, the 31-year-old Gaithersburg man who has been missing for more than a week, was located today, according to police.

He was found unharmed in Prince George's County and reunited with his family.

Original post: Montgomery County Police are asking for help in finding a critical missing adult from Gaithersburg.

Manuel Mejia-Rivera, 31, has not contacted his family since he was seen at around noon on Saturday leaving his home in the 100 block of Michael Court in Gaithersburg, near Olde Towne. He was driving a 2000 black Honda Civic CRX with Maryland tags 1AN8012.

Mejia-Rivera is described as a Hispanic male with black hair, 5’5” tall and weighing 145 pounds. Police say Mejia-Rivera suffers from depression.
