UPDATE: 13-Year-Old is Back With Her Family

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Devalle had been missing since May 9.

UPDATE, 9 p.m. May 25 -- A 13-year-old Montgomery Village girl has been found "safe and unharmed" and is back with her family -- more than two weeks since her family had last seen her.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Devalle, of Docena Court in the South Village neighborhood of Montgomery Village, was found today in Germantown, according to Montgomery County Police.

She had been missing since May 9. Foul play was not suspected when police publicized the case on May 20 after detectives' investigation had gone dry, police said.

ORIGINAL STORY, 4:30 p.m. May 20 -- After exhausting all leads, Montgomery County detectives are asking the public for help in finding a 13-year-old who has been missing since May 9.

Elizabeth Devalle, of Docena Court in Montgomery Village—known to friends and family as “Lizzie”—is described as a black female, 5 feet tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and long, black hair. Police do not know what clothing she might be wearing.

There is no evidence of foul play, police said.
