A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect sought for a reported kidnapping and sexual assault in Germantown.
Montgomery County Police said the suspect and victim in the case know each other. Officers were called on May 19 to a report of an assault at the Harris Teeter store at 14101 Darnestown Road in Germantown. The victim said Senning lived with her and had assaulted her at her Dickerson residence and outside the Harris Teeter on Darnestown Road. After the assault, Senning reportedly took the victim’s vehicle and fled. After Senning left the store, he was involved in a collision on Darnestown Road near Bondy Lane, according to police.
An arrest warrant for Senning charges him with kidnapping, false imprisonment, auto theft, and two counts of second-degree assault.
