Local artist at TAG

Jan. 4-27 at The Artists’ Gallery in downtown Frederick, Md. Montgomery Village resident Chris Noel looks at our disposable culture in “Long After They Came For Us.”  He composes abstract paintings and three-D objects, all made up of or painted on items items considered to be trash. “My work reflects on the idea that we are what we discard in our everyday lives,” Noel says.
