At this paint-your-own-pottery studio, you can entertain the children and let your own creativity flow freely

In your fantasy life, all you moms out there probably have a  few free minutes to spare each week and you're looking for ways to spend it, right?

Each week we've suggested way to relax including getting a manicure, a massage or a new makeover. This week, we're offering a "Great Escape" that you can indulge in with your children.

At , located at 33-F Maryland Ave. in Rockville, adults and children get to select their own piece of unglazed pottery - and choices run the gamut from tissue box holders to coffee mugs - and then paint it to their hearts desire.

A purple-and-pink spotted dinner plate? Perfect. A zebra-striped candy dish? Lovely. You're only limited by your own imagination.

The prices on different pottery pieces vary. Color Me Mine also charges a $10 studio fee for adults and an $7 studio fee for children 12 years old and younger. Visit their website for more information.
