Report: Residents Involved In Golf Course Development

Montgomery Village residents shared their ideas and concerns with the developer of the Montgomery Village Golf Club, The Gazette reported.
About 70 Village residents participated in a workshop with Monument Realty, which plans to build residential units along the course, according to the report.
The course's existing clubhouse will be demolished as part of the development, where "Monument is considering building duplexes, mid-sized single-family homes and townhomes on the site," according to the report.
Montgomery Village residents suggested a dog park, cemetery or community gardens as ideas for common areas within the development project.
