A Gaithersburg woman has been named to Adventist HealthCare's Board of Trustees.
Nancy Hardwick, a Gaithersburg resident, is currently a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton — a $6 billion management and technology consulting company. She joins the board for a three-year term, according to an announcement.
“I am pleased to have the opportunity to serve on Adventist HealthCare’s Board of Trustees and to support the organization as it provides vital health services to the growing region,” Hardwick said.
Adventist HealthCare is an integrated, health-care delivery organization based in Rockville and includes Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, among five other Maryland-based medical facilities.
"We are honored to welcome Nancy to our Board of Trustees and believe that her expertise in strategic planning and change management, and her commitment to making a difference in our community, will contribute positively to our organization's capacity to fulfill our health-care mission," said William G. “Bill” Robertson, president and CEO of Adventist HealthCare.
