Fresh off performances for Gov. Martin O'Malley and President Barack Obama comes Watkins Mill's annual Winter Choral Concert. The free concert starts at 7 p.m. in the Timothy O'Shea Theater, and will include the holiday classics the chamber choir sang over the past week in Annapolis and Washington, D.C.
