Moms, stepmoms, grandmas, aunts and other special women can enjoy a memorable night with the young men in their lives (ages 6 to 12). Strengthen bonds between family members and neighbors by playing
games such as basketball, floor hockey, mind-benders, puzzling and board games. The action runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Lake Marion Community Center. Need to cool down? No problem, fun food/drinks and video games on a big screen will be available as well. Wear your gym shoes and be ready for a night of awesome fun! More About Lake Marion Community Center
The Lake Marion Community Center sits on more than 20 acres of green space and features a gymnasium, community room and a large outdoor pool. The lake and its environs allow residents to picnic, fish and walk along paved paths. LMCC's pool can be used by residents with a Montgomery Village Foundation activity card. It opens in late May and closes in early September. The pool is also home to the Lake Marion Lasers, one of Montgomery Village's history-rich swim teams.
