A woman exiting her car was punched in the face and robbed Monday night in Germantown, a possible escalation of a brazen purse theft spree that began in late December.
The most recent victim, a 46-year-old woman, was parked in a lot within the 2000 block of Appledowre Circle at around 9 p.m. when a male suspect demanded money and threatened her with a knife, Montgomery County Police officer Rebecca Innocenti, a police spokeswoman told Patch.
The woman was punched in the face when she said she didn’t have any money.

Police Dept. should post this picture all over Germantown.
Someone might recognize this person and call authorities.

Lock your homes and lock your cars.
Seems like this individual is casing out the area.
PERHAPS, THIS GUY SHOULD GET A JOB AND GET A LIFE,
INSTEAD OF PREYING ON OTHERS FOR HIS LIVELIHOOD.
BETTER YET, HE SHOULD BE CAUGHT AND LOCKED UP!

Lori Port:
You are not very sympathetic to the plight of the suspect.
Perhaps:
He did not have a color TV when he was growing up.
His mother failed to breast feed him.
He was going to get his life together.
Cosmic rays made him do it.
He was forced to take drugs.
He did not want to work as it is obviously beneath him.
He saw something he wanted and he took it, what is wrong with that?
He had too much______________, in his diet.
He was forced to drop out of school to help on the farm.
This too was George Bushes fault.
He was going to go back to church...soon.
The world owes him a living.
Knife control could have prevented this crime.
His teachers wanted him to succeed, imagine that!
The environment was dirty and he was protesting.
He is simply acting out.
He was late to the movie auditions, and did not get the part as a predator.
Pick your own asinine reason this predator is violating our laws, and the rights of innocent citizens, but in any event, he belongs in prison.
