And you can bet it is in-house. These perps have become our 'neighbors'. And community deterioration/depreciated (HOA absence) have invited them with 'open arms' by ignoring the rundown conditions of Village communities.

So presumptuous that they live here. My motto, if you see a problem and you do nothing about it then you're not entitled to complain. Less talk, more action.

Amy Deane:
Your comment however well intentioned seems to run against the spirit of self expression. Sharon Adams is entitled to complain.

Yes, you were quite presumptious, Ms Deane, to assume as a resident of Montgomery Village I have done or continue to do nothing. Quite involved & quite concerned for decades. But such involvement & complaints (or recommendations) go on deaf ears! Hopefully, an arrest will be made. At that time, we may see if the perp is indeed my neighbor or yours, now won't we!

Agree with Sharon Adams, tho I agree with Amy when she says "Less talk, more action". The problem here is the HOAs, people have complained but it falls unders deaf ears...it'll take the OCP since that is what it took for a homeowner to park his pickup truck in the common area without getting it towed. He took the HOA to the OCP and the HOA and homeowner settled out by being allowed to park. This doesnt apply to anybody else so they'll get towed.....so dont assume that people dont bring up problems, issues, ect...we have...but this community will continue to go down hill till we replace those that are on the board
