Crime Report: Shooting, Peeping Tom, Armed Robbery, Four Burglaries

This crime summary is from the weekly report for Sept. 24 through Oct. 2—the most recent available—from the Montgomery County Police Department's 6th District station, which covers Montgomery Village and Gaithersburg.
A RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY occurred in the 400 block of Brenish Drive—just north of the Montgomery County Airpark in Gaithersburg—on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at around 4 p.m. Forced entry; nothing taken.
A SHOOTING occurred in the area of Montgomery Village Avenue and Clubhouse Road in Montgomery Village on Wednesday, Sept. 26 just before 10 p.m.
An ARMED ROBBERY occurred in the 18300 block of Lost Knife Circle—in the Cider Mill apartment complex of Montgomery Village—on Thursday, Sept. 27 just before 8:30 p.m. The suspect displayed a weapon and obtained property. The suspect is described as a black male with a crew cut, 5’10” to 5’11” tall, weighing 180 to 190 pounds.
A RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY occurred in the 9700 block of Hellingly Place—in the Christopher Court community of Montgomery Village—sometime between Thursday, Sept. 27 and Monday, Oct. 1. Forced entry; unknown if anything was taken.
A COMMERCIAL BURGLARY occurred at Watkins Mill Beer & Wine—857 Russell Ave. in Gaithersburg—on Friday, Sept. 28 at around 3:50 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.
An AGGRAVATED ASSAULT occurred in the 100 block of Travis Court in Gaithersburg on Sunday, Sept. 30. Police arrested Abdul Addo, 39, of Knoxville, MD. He is known to the alleged victim. Addo is charged in Montgomery County District Court with first-degree assault and second-degree assault.
A RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY occurred in the 18600 block of Walkers Choice Road in Montgomery Village on Monday, Oct. 1 between 9 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Forced entry; property taken. The suspect is described as a “skinny” black male, roughly 45 years old.
A PEEPING TOM incident occurred in the 18500 block of Sweet Autumn Drive—in the Flower Hill community outside Montgomery Village—on Monday, Oct. 1 just after 8 p.m. The suspect was seen looking into the window.
Four THEFTS FROM VEHICLES occurred in southern Montgomery Village on different evenings. The vehicles were brokein into; GPS units and other property was taken. The incidents occurred on Sailfish Terrace (Dockside), Lost Knife Circle (Cider Mill), and Feathertree Terrace (Park Place).
