Barack Obama Wins Maryland

Voters in Maryland on Tuesday gave the state's 10 electoral votes to Barack Obama.

Barack Obama won Maryland’s 10 electoral votes on Tuesday, defeating Republican Mitt Romney.

In the 2008 presidential election, the state voted for the Democratic candidate, and since the 1990s has voted for the overall winner of the presidential race three out of five times.

Romney and Obama did not campaign aggressively in Maryland. The state has typically been a Democratic stronghold in recent presidential elections.

ABC and CNN reported Obama had won Maryland within 30 minutes of the polls closing around the state.

» Follow live election updates here and 'like' our Maryland Patch Facebook page.

Women's rights at the national level were a key issue for some in Maryland, including Edgemere resident Trudie Stancliff.

"I know of a lot of women who have never voted who are voting this year for the first time," Stancliff said. "They're voting to protect their rights as women, to be able to make their personal decisions as women."

Ken Hoffman was the fourth person in line to vote Tuesday morning at a library in Severna Park, and said leadership was key in his vote.

“I think he has done a very good job so far especially given all the problems he inherited in the beginning,” Hoffman said. “I think if you asked most people honestly they will tell you they are better off now than they were four years ago. I really feel that Mitt Romney is not the person we can pick to lead this country.”

Becky Rizvi, 53, of Silver Spring, said she supported Obama, in part because she said she feels others don't.

"I think Obama has done a remarkable job getting a lot of stuff done with not much help," she said. "I think he’s a hero—I’ve been praying with might and mane."

Turnout was high at many polling sites throughout the day—with an early morning rush bested by a last-minute charge to the voting booths at the end of the work day.

The presidential race was only one of a number of key races that fueled interest in Maryland.

In state ballot questions, marriage equality and expanded gambling were key topics for drawing Maryland voters to the polls.

The economy was also a key issue for many voters in the state.

Perry Hall's Kim Middlecamp voted for Romney, explaining: "I have two young daughters, 17 and 14, and I haven't been pleased with the economy, among other things."

Joe Applegate voted at Perry Hall High School, picking Romney, because "for me, it's personal because I'm a small business owner, and I feel like Romney is for business. There are other issues—we need to do something about the debt."

Maryland voters, like Perry Hall's Patrick Linch, opted to give Obama a second term.

"I voted for President Obama because I feel he's seriously committed to addressing the issues unresolved from his first term," Linch said.

How can you say this definitively when only 10 precincts out of over 1800 are reporting in at 8:49 PM? Regardless of whether or not it's inevitable that he wins Maryland or not, I call this irresponsible reporting. It is projected, estimated, leaning towards, looking like, but he has not won yet.

It's what they do ALL the time. it's because they are almost never wrong.
If something radically 'did' change as votes were counted, they'd take the state away.
These votes are just that, common sense projections. The swing states are not being called early for similar reasons. Ohio's is leaning Obama, it's not called. Virginia is close to done tabulating and is in Romney's favor - still not officially called.

It's just making for good TV. If they didn't do this, there'd be zero reason to watch any of this until about 11pm tonight.

I think Obama will really put the screws to America if he wins. He can do anything now because he can't run again in 4 years. The people that voted for him don''t know what a bad economy is. If they think it's bad now. just wait. I believe the USA can be as bad as Spain and Italy. I would like a presidential candidate 4 years from now to ask "are you better off now than you were 4 years ago." I hope these liberal voters realize what a mess they will be leaving for their children. Will the Democrats still be blaming Bush 4 years from now. Yes, they will! Obama gave us change, but in the wrong direction.

You mean like GWB did 8 years ago?

Oh, I know exactly what I voted for. I voted against a Republican congress that has no real plan to reduce the deficit. No rational human being can look at a 16 trillion dollar deficit and suggest it can be cut into without real revenue increases to go with severe spending cuts and tax reform.

The Grover Norquist pledge, combined with the Tea Party, were the beginning of the end for me as a Republican. Only an idiot doesn't realize how good we've had it in this country, even the past couple years. What's bad for us is twice as bad elsewhere. We Americans are spoiled, spoiled stupid.

There's a good reason all the rural states vote for Romney. It's called lack of education and wealth. Easiest to brainwash. Easy prey for the top 1%.
Massachusetts, by Romney's own words, consistently has one of, if not the top public education system in the country. Romney is getting massacred in his OWN state.

The wealthiest states in America don't vote Republican. They vote Democrat. Let's rattle them off:

California - D
Delaware - D
New Hampshire - D
Virginia - D in 08, toss-up now.
Hawaii - D
Massachusetts - D
Connecticut - D
New Jersey - D
Alaska - R

The wealthiest state in the entire country? Maryland.

The reality is, all you right wing kooks need to find a rural state to move to. You'll be much happier.

Tim, I believe that you are incorrect that wealthy voters lean democratic. Poor city dwellers in urban areas vote democrat. Wealthy, educated people who run businesses and create jobs and economic progress tend to vote Republican. To suggest that more education would lead to higher dem votes is both arrogant and ignorant.

One of the best comments I heard tonight was from Bill O'Reilly. He talked about how the country has changed. In 1961 JFK said:

"And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.

My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man."

The Democrats no longer believe this. This current Democrats believe "Give Me", "Give Me", "Give Me"

Garrett County

Does this mean we should make prejudice statements and make fun of people that live in Baltimore City?
Now if we look at Montgomery County we should be able to agree that we are looking at a population that is employed largely either directly or in service of the Federal Government. I am 100% sure that the fall of Rome was due to increased pressures that resulted from the size of the nation - and the relative strength of its neighbors. In a warring "world", where the Germans to the norther pressed further and further south, and the Romans continued to fight wars to her East and West against the Gaul's - it was becoming increasingly expensive and impossible to sustain the republic. The military complex was well paid, well educated, and largely christian. Friends were being given homes and did not pay taxes, while unrest and civil war taunted the empire - especially at its borders.

Wait a minute, that DOES sound familiar, an aristocratic majority, controlling all the wealth, all Christian, giving each other huge tax breaks, and unrest amongst the majority of the rest of the civil population.

Holy cow, its the Republican party.

I like the explanation in http://www.amazon.com/Collapse-Complex-Societies-Studies-Archaeology/dp/052138673X

The society grows increasing complex and inefficient. There comes a point where the complexity and bureaucracy becomes so severe that it can no longer be afforded, and resources and productivity of those who are efficient go elsewhere. The wars mentioned by Bad Stats only accelerate the decline, but do not cause it.

And on republicans starting wars, Bush, being a neo-con, should not be considered a real republican. The neo-cons were more like the democrats of the 1960's and 1970's. Because of both Bush presidencies the republican party was stolen by quasi liberals.

What the conservatives are afraid of has nothing to do with skin color. The fear is the growing number of people on government assistance and how to reverse that. They fear that people on assistance will vote for people that will offer them more assistance instead of people that will help them get off of assistance. They fear that liberal policies make the problems worse not better. They see the “47%” number and thought this was a last chance to reverse that trend. Having failed to win election against arguably the most liberal president ever and one they see as a blockage in the way of business and small business in particular, they do not see a way that they can stop the trend towards poverty for the majority of Americans.

They see liberals instead of looking at the argument and working with them towards a solution, attacking them personally and saying they just don’t like the color of people’s skin or only care for themselves or rich people. They see the fact the last two presidential candidates they put forward were moderates and were defeated by a liberal. They see this president sit over a Senate that has fail to put forward a budget for the past 3 years and take that as a sign that the liberals in the federal government have no desire to reign in increases in spending. They figure they don’t even bother to budget for it anymore.

steven bradley

6:05 am on Friday, November 9, 2012

In Maryland they saw politicians fight among themselves on a budget that was called a doomsday budget due to the fact it only included 750 million in spending creases that was defined as a 500 million “cut” in spending, not the 1.25 billion in spending increase that they were looking for. They see a special session called, which is only supposed to be called in an emergency, to hammer out increases in taxes and fees so we don’t have the catastrophic consequences of an increase in spending of only 750 million. Then we see another “special session” called to add another casino in Maryland. We also saw a number of other big ticket items in Maryland that don’t make sense to conservatives.

Then they get told they hate people because they have a different view, and those that say that don’t see themselves as intolerant for not accepting the view of the person they call hater.

Well stated. People who receive don't understand that the givers can turn off the spicket and the money stops flowing. I stopped along with my friends. There goes the tax revenues.

Obama going to cut the military budget and MD will take a huge hit. Some doctors and more are joining because Obama care is a mess, no longer accept insurance and take only cash.

What's that do. The freebies all run to the ER and wait for 16 hours to be seen. One of my friends had a heart attack and went to the ER. No insurance. They released him after a day and a half with 2 prescriptions. They could not wait to get him out of there.

I'll be blunt: People who are working 40 hours a week starving on the streets because their employers will not pay them a living wage that they can live on in this country is not acceptable to me in the slightest.
Neither is parents working 80 hours a week between the two of them, never seeing their children, and STILL not getting paid enough that their families can have a lower-middle class way of life without social assistance programs.

If the Government forces companies to pay people more than they are worth, the companies will move to other states or other countries. Just look at Maryland, there has been no non-government job growth for years, while Virginia has boomed.

But all people, liberals and conservatives have compassion for the poor people, liberals and conservatives see how to fix it differently.

Liberals feel the compassion, and want Government to fix the problem. Of course that never works. Since the 1960's we have seen the results of things like the war on poverty. Giant government, and no change in the number of people in need.

Conservatives believe the government is the problem. But they believe the solution is charities. Studies have shown conservatives give a much higher percentage of their income to charities than liberals do.

For some reason, liberals have a very hard time understanding this is a difference or opinion in how to fix the problem. Instead they paint conservatives as evil or mean. They call names and wish for violence against those they disagree with.

Why are you libs still so angry and bitter? Are you naturally this unhappy in life? It is like your team won the Super Bowl, and after the game you go up and try to beat up the fans in the stands of the other team.
For conservatives, Tuesday night was difficult and Wednesday was bad. We know small business are not going to hire, and this is going to create problems. But it is over, now Friday, time to figure out how to make business work in the environment we face. Families to take care of, bills to pay, cars to buy, etc. Not the result we wanted, but our positive values, positive thoughts and drive to move forward and enjoy life offsets these results.

But that is not your view through your rose colored sunglasses. Wasn't your view before the election and continues to be your view now. Too bad.

RMI, for conservatives like you, they have yet to realize if you can't beat a black man with unemployment at 7.9 percent at the end of his term, can you ever win again as the country gets less white. Republicans nominate weak far right candidates and then wonder why they lose. You should own the Senate and you keep shooting yourself in the foot..

I wasn't "angry" before the election. I will admit the despicable actions of Republicans to limit voting are amongst the worst things an American could ever to do another American, hopefully that will now come to an end, though I doubt it.

I hope that one day, you do mature and learn to perhaps make your dig once and move on. The comments you and your crew make reflect more on you and your crew than those you are trying to insult. Other than politics, insulting other people is not a good path to success. It may give you a temporary rush, but all of your problems and deficiencies will still exist when the posters move on to their full lives. Businesses you are attempting to obtain work from will not respect you. Don't pick him because he sucks is not a good path to success in life. As to your point about "winning and losing", values and morals may not be popular, but that is ok. It may mean losing, but values and morals are our legacy to the next generation. One day, I hope you learn that. You should review some of the posts of the other posters you continually battle with. Many (myself included) did not like the antics of the Bush/Cheney regime either. Again, for everyone's info: I am all for major spending cuts in federal government. I'm just not stupid enough to think cuts alone will balance our budget. Apparently, the Republican party of today thinks it will. Never mind the fact federal taxes are lower now then in the past 50 years. Seriously. Look it up.

Like the president, I feel a ratio of 2.5 to 1 cuts/revenue increase is a more then reasonable standard to apply to our trillion dollar yearly deficit. Including some limited cuts to the military. That military that has no business fighting war after pointless war in the middle east.

Tim - agreed! Huge mistake by Romney question at one of the debates was - if you would get 10 to 1 in cuts to tax increase, would you accept? Romney - said no. He should have said - "Everything is on the table."
IF all would work well and tax increases go up AND it results in additonal revenue - that new revenue is projected to be about $100 Billion. Don't know for sure, but that is what I hear. So, if the deficit is 1 Trillion per year, we need at least $900 Billion in cuts. And that still would not completely reduce the current year deficit and we still have the old debt to pay off - and the demographics don't bode well for the future.
In both parties efforts to win at all costs, they did not remember they still need to govern. Agreed some comments - President Obama must lead. He could go down as a great leader in spite of all of his antics over the first 4 years if he would lead on this. I hope he does, but it does not seem to be a priority.
Many folks working with their accountants with year end planning about to get a big kick in the pants when they see they are looking at a $4,000 to $8,000 tax hit with the AMT patch not in for 2012.

Sadly, our election history pretty much assured Mr. Obama would get another four years. Folks apparently get nervous bucking the system. Better to stick with the incumbent and pray. Only bad part is, that when this happens and the incumbent is pushing down a very specifically destructive path...the votes are interpreted to mean a "mandate"....and that of course, emboldens....yikes!!! The next four years will be a lesson I hope we all survive!

Staten Island is like that of a third world nation. News reports state of schools being used as morgues. No power, clean water of other life sustaining items are coming in..

FEMA has closed because of bad weather (sign on the office door) during the second nor'easter.

Our great leader has not even been there to take a look see. And here is the funny part. FEMA is communicating with people through computers, texting and other social media such a the good old I-Phone.

They forgot there was no power.

On top of that some major companies are planing some big layoffs because they can't afford to pay for their employees ObmaCare premiums.

As I predicted the country is in a downward slide.

Reporters are calling Staten Island a third world country.

Buzz Beeler

11:16 am on Saturday, November 10, 2012

That is why it's a third world county Your link confirms everything I said.

Here are some of the quotes slow one: "STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency headquarters on Staten Island sits inside a conference room in Borough Hall, St. George."

He's inside while the victims are outside in the cold.

Second quote: "Patrick Hernandez's lieutenants clack on laptop computers and talk into cell phones while seated at a cluster of folding tables joined in a "U" shape." On what, the Energizer Bunny? There is no power remember? All service is out.

"Hernandez, 45, is in charge of nearly 250 FEMA workers on Staten Island. About 220 of them are community relations specialists going door to door in storm-ravaged neighborhoods and encouraging residents to file claims with FEMA."

They have more cops at the Inner Harbor on the weekend dring the Raven's game.

________________________________________________________________

"Re: Staten Island FEMA boss Patrick Hernandez works to get everyone registered for aid
This article identifies the source of the problems with regard to post hurricane recovery. Mr. Hernandez of FEMA stated: "For all intents and purposes, I work for Mr. Molinaro and make sure his needs are met." Such a statement indicates that Mr. Molinaro has the leadership role. However, Mr. Molinaro is either not aware of his role as the leader in the recovery effort or does not have the ability or capacity to serve in that leadership role.

Thus, while he and others are expecting FEMA to take control, FEMA was acting under the impression that Mr. Molinaro was in control. This needs to be resolved. Mr. Molinaro has to officially indicate to all that he is not the leader and he needs to name someone who is the leader.

This is a classic textbook failure of government leadership -- nobody knows who is control so everyone points fingers while nothing gets done."

Buzz, all that anyone is ever trying to get across to you is that the world is not as simple as you make it out to be:
1. People on the internet are not who they seem to be, for example.
2. People on the Internet want real discussion and things to read, not your opinions and certainly not still another dose of how distinguished and important you are or have been.
3. The stalemate between people who believe in strict limits on government and those who want to be housed, clothed and fed is real.
4. Being an American has no preconditions. If you are here, you are involved.

If you would listen, Buzz, there are people here who can help you continue to evolve as a human being and citizen. But instead you fight and say dumb things and threaten to sue people. Relax.

Here's the story 1ke, I'm real, I worked hard for my money and whatever I have accomplished. Then people like Steve/Robert and whatever else he uses and starts the crap and others jump on board like Bart who also joked about me attempting to be funny and commented a certain remark about me.

Read his stuff under his name Robert Armstrong. I've posted it before. I tried to communicate with him on an adult level and you can read the results.

You and whoever else in this could be plants from the county. I have exposed them before. I have left certain things left unsaid about the county but no more, because as long as I deal with pseudonyms it is impossible to tell.

Not one of this group has the guts or courage to reveal the truth on who they are. Do you think for one minute if I knew who they were and attacked their family how do you think they would react?

It's easy to sit back and tell me (a real person) to relax when people are libeling my name and reputation. If everyone would have the courage to use theri real names this crap would stop, but I don't have the power to do that.

Unfortunately I think most or the republicans and independents in MD almost feel like its a waste of time to cast a vote because they have a sense that the state is owned by the democrats. It's a shame because if folks showed up, things could change. How anyone, D or R, could vote for an incumbent after the past few years defies rational explanation. I was encouraged by the fact that only 52% went for Cardin. Until we have term limits on career politicians, things won't change much - it's just a sad fact. Would love to see an R in the state house and flush out "the Mikes" as well. Sick of those a-holes running the state.

"Rob you are definitely correct - with the exception of most of Montgomery, most of PG and Baltimore, MD IS red."

LOL. First, that's flat uneducated. In addition to MoCo/PG/Baltimore he also took Balt. County, Howard County and Charles County by HUGE margins. You pretending like Romney carrying a few, tiny, negligible rural counties means the state is red is hilarious. You could say the whole country is red if you want to pretend like the sqft of farmland means anything.

Well when you call the cattle to feed they know where to run. It's a shame that you live in a world that continues to hold people down and creates the suffering that they live in for your own gain. Baltimore will always be the dead end in the lives of the people that think they are voting themselves prosperity. Every democrat controlled state is in decline and the people that keep voting for it never seem to get out. I'm glad you're happy to be a part of that.

No, seriously, what part of the world do you think shows the success of conservatism if pointing to London, Madrid, Athens, NYC etc. shows the failings of liberalism? You're pointing to the cultural and economic engines of our species as terrible things?! How hilarious is that! You think that's insulting to call NYC or MoCo or DC or London or San Francisco liberal? You compare that to the Red, uneducated, poor, rural areas of this country and you think doing so proves liberalism is a failure and conservatism is a success? Are you insane? How many years of home "schooling" does it take to be so blind to the world beyond whatever redneck town you live in or wish you lived in?

Hmmm, let's see California used to be a republican state and was very successful until the liberals took over. Texas is probably the best state economically right now in the united states. China even though it is a communist country is using the conservative economic ideology only it's the government using it and not allowing the private sector. Obama and Nanny Bloomberg both agreed that government was the problem when they had to lift regulations to deal with the aftermath of Sandy. Getting government out of the way is a conservative path to getting things done and that's what both of them said had to be done to get that done. I don't have the time to do any more research but I just want to point out that you couldn't disagree with what I said.

LOL. Please, read a book, Rob. Texas? Texas?! Texas - the minimum wage capital of the country - is the shining beacon of conservatism? Never mind the fact that, like any state, counties and cities with actual economic, cultural, scientific, and technological value (Austin & Dallas, in your suggestion) are democratic strongholds. Just because Texas has a large enough low-wage, uneducated white population to overpower the Austin voting block doesn't prove much.

China?! lol. Try explaining that to an actual, educated conservative without them laughing in your face. I dare you.

Again I don't see you disagreeing with me about your liberal states. I'll get to researching your claims which I'm sure your wrong simply because you believe in liberalism. But yeah China is doing business in a free market capitalist system. They are playing tricks with their currency to keep prices down but their regulation are nowhere near what it's like to do business in America hence the reason businesses are moving jobs there. And even the effects Obamacare is going to move medical jobs over there also. So again liberal policy are failing the American public.

1ke, it will take about a month for the county to contact NY and acquire the information to prosecute The criminal statute. Once we have the info and the criminal proceedings are done we then move on to civil court for damages.

The Law:

Maryland Code, § 555C —- Electronic Mail; prohibitions and penalties:

(a) "Electronic Mail" means the transmission of information or a communication by the use of a computer or other electronic means sent to a person identified by a unique address and received by that person.

(c) Electronic mail may not be used as a form of harassment. A person may not use electronic mail for a communication made with intent to harass:

(1) One or more persons; or

(2) By sending lewd, lascivious, or obscene material.

Federal Statue:

http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/uscode/47/5/II/I/230

It took me several months over my suit with the county. I not allowed to say any more under a singed agreement.

Lorna, what you miss is that those people aren't 'living on the farm' no more and many of them have 2+ jobs that they are working. The problem is that our minimum wage is nowhere near being a LIVING wage without social assistance programs.

You want to keep whining about the social assistance programs? Then pay 2 times what you do for most groceries and other things. Oh, you don't want to do that?

Then please shut up, to be blunt.

I'm seriously getting tired of hearing nitwits who have absolutely no idea how the poor actually live flapping their jaws on this subject. I actually do have poor relatives who I visit with regularly and know how they live. It's not something that growing up in a middle class home I would want to do.

Lastly, you make the assumption that ALL people are cut out for running their own business or 'higher education'. That is not true in the slightest, especially the latter with the memorization and regurgitation system that we call 'education' today.

If you are not currently working, they will FIND you a job (if any are available). Then you have to take that job and work at it whether you like it or not to keep on getting social assistance dollars.

These folks who work hard, try their best, need help at times in their lives are just the folks who are used and abused by the political far left. I find it sickening.but it works and that is all they seem to care about.I do stand in amazement at how it has worked this time around..unbelievable, but a lesson learned. As far as me assuming that all people are cut out for "running their own business". honey child, where the devil did you pick that up from? I am not talking about people who struggle, people who lead their lives in quiet desperation, people who make their mark and do exceptionally well, and those who no matter what their favor...good, bad or indifferent always reach out to help others...I am talking about the miserable darlings who always are looking for the "weak" link so that they can continue to use and abuse. Should they permit folks to really, really excel...their game will be over. and So, they use all means in their power, including the race card over and over again if it suits them...For them, the end justifies the means. The sad thing is the end they scream and yell for is far from honorable, ethical, meaningful and positive. Forward...nice word, into a brick wall..not so nice, honey child.

1. Rampant outsourcing.
2. Corporations (2/3rds of them at last count) to pay nothing in taxes each year or even get money back from the federal government while their workers are on social assistance programs.

I could keep on going, but I think you get the point.

This was too funny...

So what did we learn from this election?

1.) There aren't enough old scared white men left to out vote everybody else. And the % of whites as voters is dropping.
2.) The Republican party lost women, (state wide, and nationally), by 17%. 2/3s of America thinks you are completely off base, and stupid with the Republican position on abortion and women's health issues. You are free to believe it, but you aren't going to legislate it. I think they have some real issues there. It didn't matter if the candidate was a woman or not, (Linda McMahon lost by more than the national average)

Self deportation cost Republicans 70% of Hispanics. No amount of Marco Rubio's, with the same policies will change that.

Saw an interesting fact (you know those pesky things that are PROVEN...), from the HHS and HUD. There are more whites in rural areas getting assistance than there are blacks in urban areas. 39% to 38%. Says something about poor white trash. But the whites tend to vote Republican... Interesting.

Frank, let me simplify this for your. You will be identified under your real name and other information. The police will take a report, as per the law and I will obtain either a warrant or criminal citation for you through the commissioner under the law which I have posted several times. The county, state and feds have computer harassment laws that, according to my attorney you rather blatantly violated.

I seriously don't think if you used your real name and had a family or business, or worked for the government you would have done that. It's too late now so you will have to be held accountable with Steve/Robert and that is the way it will happen.

Computer crime is the fastest growing situation in the world. For you to think it only involves school children is foolish. Read the law and quote the age limit, on both the criminal and civil side.

You forget I was a cop for 39 years and know the law. Balto. Magazine cited my attorney as one of the best.

If you have any more questions just ask?

After the criminal trial, my attorney will file a libel suit against for you comments towards me.

Well, I am too. It shows how little the people understand economics.

Steve & Frank, since you guys seem to know everything, how do you think we should fix the economy given:

1. The Obamacare layoff's have begun
2. Overspending is way more than we can tax the rich to take care of.
3. Rich folks are expatriating in record numbers
4. The social security trust fund is empty (There are only IOU's from the general fund in the trust fund)
5, Gun sales are at record levels
6. People from about 20 states have petitioned the White House for permission to secede. Two are close to 25,000 signatures for formal consideration. (Note: This is an indicator of the how divided we are, I am sure the White House will not say OK)
7. The President has never compromised on anything. It does not look like the house will either.

You guys are so smart, please share your wisdom.

Frank, is "400,000 people have petitioned Macy's to drop all connections with Donald Trump." the best you could do to answer the question?

Why would that disappoint him? Copies don't hold up in court and AOL has a policy of letting things expire after a specified period. I think it's something like 10 days.

Is that right. Then why did I just put up you whole profile from your days as Robert that go back several years.

Yes copies hold up in court. I spent 39 year in court using copies. I have word documents on both you and Frank. You write it I copy it to word.
