GALLERY: A Spooktacular-ly Fun Night
More than fifty goblins and princesses celebrated Halloween with games, contests and, of course, candy.
Kids and their parents came out Friday night for the Montgomery Village Foundation's Halloween Spooktacular at the Lake Marion Community Center. They had arts and crafts that glow in the dark, a fortuneteller, cornholing, pumpkin bowling and a movie. The tickets were $3 per child ($2 with a canned good) and parents were free. Before the night was up, all of the boys and ghouls were walked around the lake to trick or treat and take home some candy.
The kids all participated in a costume parade with judges. The Winners were:
